I keep wanting to use Lume but I have connections issues every time except when I first download / install it. Something about database and then doesn’t connect.

oh, can you help me try the debug version, then if error happen again, you can copy log by Right Click -> Inspect -> Console tab

I guess your issue is lume cannot connect one of your relays (maybe paid relay), then it stuck forever
