What I do is convert it into an mp3 and then upload it. But if your mp3 is bigger than 150MB then you'd need to lower the bitrate.

ffmpeg -i input.wav output.mp3
```
or

ffmpeg -i input.mp3 -b:a 128k output.mp3
```
