Day-2 of the Stalinist trial jury deliberations, which employs an endless number of TV lawyers, most of whom correctly are critical of virtually every aspect of this star chamber but have absolutely no answer on how to deal with it.  Bush v. Gore is the only road available to the Supreme Court, even though it is impossible to know if the High Court would take it up.  The Court absolutely should, if it is brought to it!
