I used to work phones at a small ISP. As the senior I had the task of phoning those behind on the bills. I hated those days. I feel ya.

I used to be a credit operations manager and the first person to pilot the click to chat program and ran the entire team for that for Rogers and Fido 😅. All for $2 above minimum wage. 😂
