Most people today have drifted far from nature.

They fear the sun, as if its light were an enemy, hiding behind layers of chemicals instead of receiving the energy that has given life to this planet since the beginning. They walk their whole lives without touching the earth, always in shoes, never grounding, never feeling the soil that nourishes them.

The simplest and most natural things — sunlight, fresh air, clean water, real food — are the very things we neglect. Instead, we fill our bodies with products that no longer resemble nourishment. Walk through a supermarket and you see it: shelves packed with substances that were created in factories, not fields. Most of it is no longer food, yet people eat it every day and wonder why they are sick.

Your body is not a machine built yesterday. It is the result of millions of years, designed to thrive with sun, movement, connection to the earth, and real nourishment.

When we turn away from nature, we turn away from ourselves.

When we return to it, we remember what it means to be human.

Come back to the source.

Come back to nature.
