What are the implications of the US Treasury losing control of the yield curve? This divergence will result in higher inflation, making it impossible to bring inflation down to 2%. Is 5% inflation the new 2%? I firmly believe so!
If 5% becomes a new norm there will be blood in the streets. The wealth gap will get ridiculous…fast.
