It works ! Felt so clear balanced and had amazing effect on agency , Tried it in intense periods where I had to get a lot done but I didn’t use these exact times , My core sleep was earlier than that , 2 am I was up , and I had to schedule one day a week where I would sleep for 12 hours to balance everything out , my body picked it intuitively . the 20 min naps are so easy to sneak in during the day , no one even notices .

For me personally The whole thing was 100 times healthier than if I were to have multiple short night sleep only or a few sleepless nights .
