Yeah, you got to have her learn your in-house procedures. Combative women suck in their 20’s, because they’ve picked up a whole lot of wrong ways to do everything, and they fight you any time you end up going against the grain.

Having the pushover girl IS a lot more work for me, but I like it. Wanted a housecat, and she’s exceeded that role pretty well already. In time, the nice girls will get better, more confident, more mature, but still have all the torrential love for their kids that they need to grow and thrive
