6am wake-up and 45 mins of Z3/4 cardio to start the day 💪. Have been testing the Huberman fitness protocol for a couple of months now and finding it very flowing - good recovery between workouts, and a great blend of strength and endurance

Huberman lab podcast is awesome (second highest rated podcast behind joe rogan). My partner just listened to the episode on female hormon optimization which was incredibly insightful as we are hoping to start a family soon 🙂.
