Paid for nostr.wine. Can’t really tell for sure, but seems faster to update stats, but still only after I click into a post. Again, I’m good with it, but just for the sake of communicating clearly, here’s a vid of me viewing a Gigi post. Some posts are like that yes. Your client fetches the info once you click on it. Some clients, like Nostur have a setting where you can fetch the post statistics while scrolling in the feed
