I heard somewhere recently that when you survey people on their death beds about any regrets they might have, they nearly universally say they wish they hadn’t worried so much. I’ve been trying to take that to heart.

Good advice. Especially for those things (I’d imagine, the majority) over which we have no direct control.
We control so very little but if we do in fact control something, we would change it instead of worrying.
There will come a day when all strivings cease. When your money is enough for the rest of your life. When it will fall to someone else to take care of your property or pets. At best, all we can do is have our affairs in order to facilitate ownership transfer.
And now is the time to give people a reason to want to make it to our bedside to say goodbye.
