Hello ZBD fam,

I'm having a bit of a situation here.

3 days ago I've withdrawn from Everseed my earnings ~68k Sats.

After that , I sent them(the sats) to my Binance account, but unfortunately, the transaction is not shown in history.

The sats disappeared, leaving my balance to 77 and nothing received on Binance.

Customer support is responding very slowly, and I feel like my issue is not even getting treated.

Has it happened to you?

I never used binance so I can’t help with that, my best advice tho would be to delete your account (when you have recovered your sats) and to ditch every cex like binance, coinbase, kraken and so on. buy Bitcoin the right way my friend

It's not an issue with Binance ... is most likely with the ZBD app. The transaction isn't even visible in history. Is as it never even took place, but the amount disappeared from my balance...

I see, well ZBD isn’t very good either as far as I know, try to reach their customer support, was it a Lightning transfer or a Bitcoin transfer ? if Bitcoin try to look at mempool where are the sats, you should have a link to the transaction in mempool from your binance transaction
