why is samsung separate? they have their own mobile os as a whole

I’m actually tickled. .NET is a recommended coding path for Tizen per the Linux Foundation docs.
Do phones still use Tizen? I thought it pivoted to TV's and watches.
Looking at those numbers I’d guess they are stragglers like Windows Phones that people still hang on to Derek. Best guess anyways.
