They were delicious. It was an exercise in patience. I was weighing out the individual dough balls from the main and others were shaping them. No one had done it before. My main thing is the oven temp. They were fine. But looking for more of a soft pretzel bronze. They seemed a little dark. Convection oven @ 425 degrees F.
