Worst thing about Argentina so far is that all imported products are 50-100% higher than elsewhere. Due to import tariffs. Looked for a full suspension mtn bike today and got quoted $7000 for solid but not incredible new mode.
Driving to asuncion would cost you about $50 in gas and there's no taxes.
