Still trying to re-establish baseline after being out with hip/pelvis injury.

3 - Chest to Bar Pull Ups

5 - Hang Power Snatch, 95 lbs

7 - Overhead Squat, 95 lbs

200 Meter Run

Splits: 2:17, 2:41, 2:43, 3:27, 3:16

Went out a little hot, but stayed under the time cap probably should have gone a little lighter.

Dessert

1:12 Dead Hang
