Thank you! Yes, I’m just starting with carnivore 4 weeks. I the 5th and 6th I’ll transition to something closer to what @saladino is doing and then try to sustain it after week 7 :)

So far I’m in the middle of Day 6, down to 172.6 lbs from 180 (Most likely water loss) . I’ll just do it for 4 weeks, to experiment and see what works for my body :)

It’s quite a hard and strict diet to follow. I’ve been alternating between different types of meat, organs, and animals, as well as making sure I eat enough fat.
