How much #bitcoin should you own?

18-40: 50% allocation

41-70: 20% allocation

71+: 10% allocation

But the key here is that as your knowledge of bitcoin grows, you can increase that allocation. These are the starting points.

If you have a 50% allocation, does it mean that you are intended to spend some sats or just HODL?

At least two cycles.

I mean I never plan on selling my HODL stack but most people don’t love hearing that.

After two cycles they won’t sell anyways 😛
