Easiest way is to use their configurator

https://configurator.bitcart.ai

Before you run the command ./setup.sh make the export for the TRX node which I have posted above

There is no mention of USDt in the configurator.

Just deploy with Tron?

Yes just deploy Tron. As soon as Bitcart is up & running you can connect your Tron wallet or create a Tron Hot Wallet. If you create a hot wallet you have to choose the contract USDT.
