Imagine that the whole World is using meter [m] as a length measurement.

We know that 1m = 1000cm.

What do you think would happen, if one day a country decides and say for them:

1m = 1100cm

Then after a year, they decide:

1m = 1200cm

Wouldn't it be ridiculous on the first place?

What would this cause?

Interesting thought. I just would like to say that 1meter = 100 centimetrs 👌

Damn, true 😂😂😂😂 I was thinking on mm level. 😂😂😂

Thanks for the correction.

Now it make much more sence 👌 😁

Also seems weird to write:

1m = 1000cm

Weird that I did not notice. I guess I concentrated too much on the behind idea.

I am sorry to break it to you, but the meter is 100 centimeters or 1000 milimeters.

That's what happens with metric inflation. You don't feel it on your day-to-day. Then one day you need to use a meter and it's like "Yo WTF! When did I shrink to 0.178m?"

Thank you! 🤙

We had it in Romania few years ago, when some politicians decided that a KM can have just 800 meters, so they bought more KM markers for some roads :))

Lel 😂🤌💜
