The Elegoo Neptune 4 Series printers are fairly capable machines for the price. Unlike the premium brands, they need a bit of profile tuning, but not an excessive amount. This is how TPU layers should look like, and all it took to get there was upping the volumetric flow rate a bit and altering a few line width settings.

Most printers have set the volumetric flow too high by default, this one had them set way too low. The direct drive extruder has more grip on flexible Filament than Elegoo thought.
