I always upload large files direct to CDNs (content delivery network) like satellite.earth or nostr.build and then share the link via my clients. Especially with big videos this seems to be the go to method for now.
yeaa. good options but still far too many steps. paying to put out content, managing multiple cdn subscriptions etc
