I love Souls games. I too am a masochist. There’s nothing quite like grinding a character for months and building up his stats, only to still be one-hit by mobs and crushed 47 times by every boss before passing. I still haven’t had the pleasure of playing any of them coop. DS3 or Elden Ring would be a blast with a fellow glutton for punishment. The worlds are huge and beautifully rendered.
