But ideally from a wallet that supports NIP-57 so it sends a Nostr event so your client can update the zap count on your note and notify that there zapped by X.

The version on TestFlight does for sure. It looks like whatever wallet you used for your profile does support NIP-57 since it seems to all be working fully.
