Tap on the numbers in the top-right to display your list of relays. Tap on the little globe icon next to the relay that you want to hide/show in the global feed.
Only the global icon?
The icons in order are for following feed, DMs, group chats, and global feed.

It allows me to clean up my relay list. Currently it aggregates the following relays:
wss://relay.damus.io
wss://nos.lol
wss://relay.current.fyi
wss://nostr.bitcoiner.social
wss://nostr.oxtr.dev
wss://relay.nostr.bg
