Unlike other websites that prioritize generating income through ads by publishing daily blogs or tutorials, I do not follow the same approach. You can see from my RSS feed that I have not been very active in the past few years. From 2000 to 2015, I was highly active and would write 10-20 tutorials every night. However, like many others, I eventually burnt out. Now, I prioritize my heart health and take things more slowly. I also sought therapy and received assistance in addressing my issues.

Working crazy hours as a Linux sysadmin and IT security manager takes a toll on your mental health. "Be a man" advice doesn't work in long run. I made changes and I'm glad I did. Otherwise, I won't be writing this Tweet today. Take it easy. Stay safe #MentalHealthMatters 💛
