I did the rescan. A few times. My Zeus pay is there, even shows the settled payments on that end but nothing on the main part of the wallet. No txs, nothing.

I would try settings your Neutrino host to one of these exclusively then rescanning. If it doesn’t work try the next one:

btcd1.lnolymp.us

btcd2.lnolymp.us

If neither works will get you more hosts to try. Note that rescan can take some tome

Yeah nothing happened. :/ it wasnt a lot of funds but it makes me not want to used more then $20 ever.

So you have the toggle at the top of the Neutrino peer page enabled?

Are you sure your channel confirmed on chain before you moved over to the new build?

It was in my on chain wallet. The pending clock was gone. It was a good hour or so
