Decided to go all the way to 120 hours. I think I could have gone 12 to 24 more. Slowly broke the fast with half an avacado, 15 minutes later a hard boiled egg and then the same again. Then bed. Would recommend. #fasting

My son is on day 5 of prayer and fasting. I asked him why he was doing it. He said discipline. Great mindset for an 18 year old.

Nice! How long does he plan to go? I feel like 5 days is a great length. But it’s the longest I’ve done.

He's done. The longest I've done is 10 days (with a group). It's been a while though. Lately I've been doing lots of 36 hour fasts.
