Definitely, it's English being a dominant language, it's actually easy to work here and we are generally hospitable to foreign people and compared to a lot of countries we are furthur down the fiat distortion road. So we need to import cheaper labour to give impressions the numbers are good to make sure our credit is good even though everyone is broke.

That too, I forget that even exists sometimes. I had a friend from Kuwait he said they have so much money from oil the government will give you money for a house and you get an annual allowance. He also said I would be respected as foreigner as I am British but this is for people who are from Kuwait so would not get this. We do things here that wouldn't be even considered in other countries... Like we let Indian people vote in our elections as they are commonwealth citizens my girlfriend can't vote because she is Polish but the guy fresh off the boat from India sure that's ok....can we vote in Indian elections if we live there??..have a guess 😆
