Recognized and caught myself auto sabotaging 2 different times in less than 24 hrs.

It's a full time job, you can't let your guard down, kill the hero.. kill the ego.

I call it “self auditing”. Requires constant vigilance. Must be a relatively new adaptive skill for us neo-monkeys 🙈
