jk went for a night walk. did you know that walking can help process difficult things if you kinda slowly scan side to side while you walk? this eye movement mimics REM and helps the brain process.

other ways to process difficult days:

1) clasp your hands together and interlace all fingers then press the thumb down on the opposite hand back and forth (this one is great for difficult convos because can be done on the sly in your lap)

2) grasp your upper arm with the opposite hand like you are kinda giving yourself a hug amd squeeze one then the other back and forth

these movements create bilateral brain stimulation which gives your processing time a lil boost
