In about 3 or so days, some of my cows are going to get dressed for a parade (like so).

It's a celebration of their descent from the mountains to the valley to mark the end of the grazing season.

Love this!! ☺️ The world needs more reasons to celebrate. Bring back the traditions!!! Except those child/virgin sacrifice ones, those can stay away.

I do love our village traditions. We also have one to welcome the Spring.

Places where there’s lots of snow for most of the year usually have a big throwdown when the Spring arrives. When it’s Switzerland’s?

We got this little celebration called Chalandamarz. It's usually the kids that get dressed for it.

It looks like a good time!

I think we all can agree that the world could benefit from more cowbell.
