Oh trust me I know. As a student it costs 700 euro a year and I have to keep going back and getting temporary paper health cards every 3 months.

The physical card arrives at the end of the year when the coverage expires 😆

Didn't bother enrolling this year and just went private. But random entities like banks need a 'valid' heath card sometimes and won't accept expired ones or the CF card.

Italian bureaucracy is an abomination.
