They are a special type of email addresses. You can use them to send emails masking your original email address easily.

You only send the email you want to send from your original email to the reverse alias which will forward the email to your intended recipient with a different sender but same content.

Of course you have to setup reverse aliases to work. And you have to have 1 reverse alias for each receiver separately.

Thanks, i see. So its like an standard email alias but with the option to send from that alias as well.
