I think its important to not invite the employees whole family to work for the company but actually find a new stucture in the diversity of others opinions.

The main tragedy is that the male ego seems to create drama and a disgusting need of showing woman that they are "lesser". I often feel like throwing up when I catch these situations... Its the blind adherence to authority and tbh it has gotten worst in the last years throughout how the global consciousness has shifted with the soldiers being prepped to rape and kill. I do think it affects the male parts of consciousness and there needs to be more awareness brought to it otherwise we will all end up in the 1900s again. Personally Im over it.
