humans are supposed to primarily eat meat, and a bit of roots and fruit. look at the diet of all of the "empires" of recorded history and you'll find that the people are fed on a diet of seeds, and this type of food leads to degraded intelligence, stature, strength and immunity.

that's what "fiat" means. it's just a way of saying stuff that some group of people declare is fact but isn't. they declare these "facts" in order to pervert the order of society so that they can have their way with the slaves, treating them as cattle... worse than cattle, very few farmers would abuse their cattle like these people abuse humanity.
