Is the devils ability to offer the world to Jesus (Matthew 4:1-11) evidence of his ownership of the world? 🌍

What if he was offering the world to Jesus in the same sense that commercial banks offer loans to individuals?

The implication would be that he has the ability to offer the world to Jesus (aka. offering a loan), but there is a sense in which he doesn’t really have (ownership of) the world to begin with.
