You can love yourself as much as you want, but if that self is incapable of loving others, the self will only be capable of understanding self-love… not true love.
True agape love, the ancient greeks called it.
The one who's not truly capable of loving himself will never be truly capable of sharing true love
I'm not talking about a egocentric form of self-love and I didn't want to improve you, just add something. 💯 is all love
Yea I get that brotha, self-love is absolutely valid, and there’s pretty much a dualism between self-love and true love, you can’t have self-love without true love, and you can’t have true love without self-love.
The love given from your family, friends and others in the form of advice, encouragement and passion is all aimed towards improving yourself, you then use that to your advantage which then manifests into self-love.
The love you then give to others around you in return is that same love from the beginning manifesting in true form.
In other words, it’s all love.😎😂🤙🏽
