There is a marina/resort development close to where I live. Mostly condos, duplexes, and single family. Everything is 2-3x the ‘normal’ price per square foot around here (so $400-500/ft).
Latest part are similar to these.
The combination of fiat, fiancilization, and regulation is quickly making the housing world unlivable.
