You use a custodial LN address too. It's better then WoS or Alby because the wallet backend is non-custodial, but the frontend address is still controlled by a central entity that could at any time change the address to point to any wallet. Completely ruggable and you wouldn't ever know.

You don't. You host it yourself on hardware that you own. It's only as robust as your own infrastructure though. Maybe Zeus is better than yours.
I run my own node and zap from it through Zeus. So I think I already do host it, no?
