I live on the west coast of the USA, and we've had quite a deluge this winter, so I know what you mean. I will concede that there is sufficient evidence govts are messing with the weather, seeding the clouds to create droughts in some areas while more precipitation in others (usually to support political agendas), and this may have been natural systems snapping back into rightful place after decades of manipulation.
