Do you have anything on energy and balancing the grid? Ideally to counter the usual misinformation of “Bitcoin uses too much energy and it’s bad for the environment!”

Gigi, once they’ve read this and are eager and ready to start buying and using bitcoin. What’s a suggested step by step?
I was thinking learn to buy and get some sats on an exchange, creating your first mobile wallet (green wallet) and learn to send and receive sats using your own. Send to a friend or family, receive them back and get comfortable sending and receiving. Talking about Bitcoin and how it works through the process of course. I was also thinking about maybe showing them how to move bitcoin to lighting and taking them to a Bitcoin coffee shop so they can purchase something with it.
But curious to know, do you have a comprehensive step by step?
