Protein powder (I use gluten, lactose and soy free) (clau uses one that’s 30g protein it’s an MVMT brand)

L-Citruline

Beetroot

Creatine

Ashwaganda / magnesium

If you do a lot of cardio (G1M nick bare brand which are pre workout carbs)
