Because value deserves value. Scamming is not value. They'd earn more sats for being authentic and producing good content. I don't want to give value to a scammer when others are producing value and are more deserving. 🫂

The point is you don’t know if it is a scammer or not. You are spreading FUD that might lead people to zap less. Which would make the whole experience of nostr worse and doesn’t make sense because we are talking fractions of a cent that’s being zapped. I’d rather zap a scammer one time too often than seeing people on here anxious about zapping the wrong person. And in the worst case you helped someone who really needs it.
