Yeah, we keep pushing there. You already have a contact book, BOLT 11 Lightning addresses, and the ability to look up users via Nostr.

What is the difference between BOLT 11 and 12 addresses?

One serves up BOLT 11 invoices w a web server, the other serves up BOLT 12 offers with a DNS server
