Was telling my pregnant wife the other day, it doesn't make sense to mark your months on gregorian calendar. There is no reason for your body to tell whether the month is 30 or 31 days. There is no basis other than what a pope decided centuries ago. Probably that's why they go by weeks anyway.
The moon, on the other hand, has a pretty stable orbit and goes around in a very calculable way. It averages lunar months lengths in a very stable way.
Gregorian calender glorifies the sun and puts it at the center of the universe even though earth is our natural point of reference since we are on it.
This puts people out of sync with the cosmos let alone it being time theft. 11 days each year for the big guy 😂

It is hard to be the only place in the world using a certain calender when everyone else uses another one, i think thats why it was changed. But most people get at least 11 days as holidays.

We have 2 national days that you usually get 2 days off with, one each. If you're lucky your HR will throw in another day.
