nobody uses linkedin except when they are chasing a job
it's worth sticking it out with a mediocre job with possibilities of small advances just to stick it to micro$oft and not ever have to go back there

the isolation between these stupid places is a massive problem that the people in charge just don't understand, and they just seem to want to keep on adding friction on top
