Easy to use, drop-in replacement is what I'm looking for. One line of js, taking my lightning address as input.

No idea, but ZAPTCHA is the obvious name for it if it does exist 💅
You can do that with Zapit but it's little complicated right now. I am planning to make it much easier in future.
After I add Marketplace for physical items in zapit, this will be my first priority.

I’ve been thinking about things like “zap this post to access” where web pages have corresponding nostr posts so clients (and browser extensions) can use the zap totals for filtering
the corresponding nostr posts would also facilitate other nostr powered enhancements like public chat on web pages
To be clear: I want spam prevention, not paywalls.
CAPTCHAs are for spam prevention, to prove humanness. I don't want to prove humanness, just costliness. Spam becomes uneconomical quick.
