Hotel carnivore, if you care about your health you can make carnivore work whereever you are. I take a portable hob and cool box when I can't book a hotel with a kitchen. #carnivore

If it's a short trip I usually fast for the 2-3 days, it's much easier.
But another thing you can take with you is just a portable egg cooker. Eggs are more easier to source in other countries then good meat and it's just less hassle IMHO.
For meat you can eat outside (steaks, BBQ etc)
I do still drink coffee, so I also take a french press and buy butter. I then use a thermos to pour the coffee in, put the butter and cream in and shake vigorously, to get in the fats
