Nostr pros, tell me, for pictures I have to use an image hosting service and link to it on there? Am I a sandwich short of a toolbox, or is my chakra aligned?

I run snort.social in a web browser but it acts exactly like an phone app, even ads a desktop icon, full screen. It lets me upload directly and share easily. It's the best experience I have had yet with nostr.
